DO I NEED TO DO ANY PAPERWORK?

No, absolutely no paperwork is required.

DO YOU DO SPORTS CARDS?

No, unfortunately we do not provide any sport card grading services.

DO YOU DO BGS?

No, unfortunately we do not provide any BGS services.

HOW DO I TRACK MY SUBS?

Within 2-3 business days of your cards being shipped to Ludkins, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a link to our Live Sub Tracker.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SEND TO LUDKINS, AND ARE THERE DEADLINES?

Currently our submissions are being sent to Ludkins on a monthly basis.

WHAT ARE SUB-GRADES?

In addition to its overall grade, a card is assigned individual grades for Centering, Corners, Edges and Surface. These are done to assist customers in understanding the overall grade of their card. For CGC, theses individual grades are displayed on the front label of the card.

WHAT IS MEANT BY MAX CARD VALUE?

PSA = value of the card AFTER is has been graded
CGC = raw card value

CAN I PUT MULTIPLE TIERS IN THE SAME PACKAGE?

Yes, just please separate and label them.

CAN I DROP CARDS OFF IN PERSON?

No, we DO NOT allow in person drop offs.

HOW DOES INSURANCE ON MY CARDS BEING SENT BACK TO ME WORK?

Insurance on packages being sent from TRA Collective to customers is OPTIONAL. The fee for this service is $1.80AUD per $100, up to a maximum value of $200,000. This is calculated when you are invoiced your return postage costs.

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES?

Our turnaround times are listed below are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

PSA:
  • PSA Sapphire = 6 months
  • PSA Gold = 9+ months
CGC:
  • CGC Diamond = 3 months
  • CGC Sliver = 9+ months
  • CGC Onyx = 9+ months

WHAT ARE THE UPCHARGE FEES?

Both PSA and CGC will bump your submission up to the appropriate tier if your card exceeds the maximum card value. These fees will be included in your invoice for your return postage costs.
