DO I NEED TO DO ANY PAPERWORK?

No, absolutely no paperwork is required.

CAN I SUBMIT SPORTS CARDS?

Yes, via our all of our Services which can be found HERE.

DO YOU SEND TO BGS?

Yes, we offer BGS as a grading option.

HOW DO I TRACK MY SUBS?

Within 2-3 business days of your cards being shipped to the USA, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a link to our Live Sub Tracker.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SEND TO SUBMISSIONS, AND ARE THERE DEADLINES?

Currently our submissions are being sent on a monthly basis.

WHAT ARE SUB-GRADES?

In addition to its overall grade, a card is assigned individual grades for Centering, Corners, Edges and Surface. These are done to assist customers in understanding the overall grade of their card. For BGS, these individual grades are displayed on the front label of the card.

WHAT IS MEANT BY MAX CARD VALUE?

For both our PSA and BGS services this means the value of the card AFTER is has been graded

CAN I PUT MULTIPLE TIERS IN THE SAME PACKAGE?

Yes, just please separate and label them.

CAN I DROP CARDS OFF IN PERSON?

Yes, at our store at 512 Centre Rd, Bentleigh, Victoria. Pickup of completed grades will also be available. We will contact you when your cards are completed, with pickup or postage options.

HOW DOES INSURANCE ON MY CARDS BEING SENT BACK TO ME WORK?

Insurance on packages being sent from TRA Collective to customers is OPTIONAL. The fee for this service is $11 for the first $500 and $9 AUD per additional $500, up to a maximum value of $200,000. This is calculated when you are invoiced your return postage costs.

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES?

Our turnaround times listed below are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

PSA:
  • PSA Platinum = 1 - 2 months
  • PSA Gold = 2 - 3 months
  • BGS = 2 - 3 months

WHAT ARE THE UPCHARGE FEES?

PSA will bump your submission up to the appropriate tier if your card exceeds the maximum card value. These fees will be included in your invoice for your return postage cost.

BGS upcharge fees are estimated to be between $6-$10 per card, depending on each individual card.
