HOW DO I ORGANISE GRADING THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

You can purchase grading slots for multiple tiers through our online store.

HOW DO I SEND MY ITEMS TO TRA COLLECTIVE?

We recommend you send your card in penny sleeves, which are then loaded into either top loaders or card savers. Our preferred method of postage is Express Post, as it provides a trusted time frame as well as tracking.

DO I NEED TO FILL OUT ANY PAPERWORK?

No there is no other paperwork besides the initial purchase information.

HOW DO I PACK MY CARDS?

WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE MY CARDS SUBMITTED BY?

Once purchase is completed we will email you a list of further instructions.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

We submit our subs weekly as we want your cards in PSA's and CGC's hands ASAP! Once with your chosen grader the time-frame will start, please bear in mind there are some delays which we will advise when items leave.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY CARDS LEAVE FOR GRADING?

We keep our sub numbers small to ensure we send off as soon as filling a submission. At a minimum we are sending off 200 cards per PSA Submission, 50 cards per CGC Submission and 50 cards per CGC Submission with sub grades. As our community of graders grow, the frequency of sending overseas will grow with it!

HOW ARE MY CARDS HANDLED AT TRA COLLECTIVE?

As fellow collectors we treat your cards like our own, we re-sleeve every card into fresh penny sleeves and carefully place into our submission box. We also thoroughly check the returned slabs for imperfections and damage.

WHAT INSURANCE IS ON MY CARD WHEN THEY LEAVE TRA COLLECTIVE AND ARRIVE TO LUDKINS COLLECTABLES?

We are insured for all packages leaving TRA COLLECTIVE for up to $50,000AUD on the way to Ludkins. For packages returning we are insured up to $200,000.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CARD IS DAMAGED DURING TRA HOLDING THE CARDS?

In the event of this happening, a TRA staff member will contact you and discuss this process. Please see question above.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CARDS ARE DAMAGED BEFORE ARRIVING OR ON THE WAY BACK?

TRA is not liable for the cards being damaged or lost on the way to or from us. We highly recommend insurance when sending cards to TRA Collective. We offer insurance on cards returned from TRA. If you opt not to purchase insurance, TRA takes no liability for damages or lost cards.

ARE MY ITEMS INSURED ON THE WAY TO AND FROM TRA COLLECTIVE?

Our insurance covers the items while they are with us. TRA is not liable for the cards being damaged or lost on the way to or from us. We highly recommend insurance when sending cards to TRA Collective. We offer insurance on cards returned from TRA. If you opt not to purchase insurance, TRA takes no liability for damages or lost cards.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY SUBMISSION?

Upon confirmation of your submission, we will supply you with tracking information. Details about our submissions sent to PSA and CGC can be found on our submission tracker.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE SPOTS I CAN PURCHASE?

There is no minimum or maximum slots that need to be purchased, we accept orders of any size.

WHY IS TRA PARTNERED WITH LUDKINS COLLECTABLES?

Ludkins is one of the biggest suppliers of PSA submissions to PSA themselves and have earned themselves a hugely respectable name throughout the collecting community.

CAN I DROP OFF OR PICK UP MY CARDS?

We do not offer a face to face service at this time.

WHAT IS THE BETTER SERVICE TO GRADE WITH?

There is no right or wrong answer to this question. It's important to determine what you want out of your grading and compare services to find the best option for you.

DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL PSA SUBMISSION OPTIONS?

This can be arranged by request. Below are a list of additional submission options we can provide however they are subject to numbers and will incur a higher cost:

  • Recasing
  • Jumbo's
  • Signatures
  • Cards with values higher than $2499USD

WHAT IS MEANT BY MAX CARD VALUE?

PSA = value of the card AFTER is has been graded
CGC = raw card value
